Bird in a Nest

Not much to report today. Dinner was a (who else?) Rachael Ray recipe, Bird in a Nest. Turned out pretty well-- I also modified the sauce to be a meat sauce instead of just tomato-based. Turns a breakfast recipe into more of a dinner one, I guess. From plain old "eggie hole" (as the Hartness boys call it) to "Bird in a Nest." Yum-O!
