Glow

Jonathan came home from school today just glowing. He'd had a really good lesson in the flight simulator, and he was very satisfied with his experience and everything he'd learned. I was so happy for him, and so glad to see him so content with his career. You can't put a dollar amount on that, and it makes all our sacrifies so worth it!



In the evening we went to a birthday party for little David Schwartz, son of our new friends here in Vero. There were plenty of kids there, so Matthew had a great time of course. I enjoyed meeting some of the Schwartz's friends and family and getting to know Pam and Steven better. They also sent us home with lots of leftover pizza, which Jonathan's intending to inhale and hopefully get some meat on his bones!
