In the afternoon we got the boys ready for some autumn fun. Matthew got dressed up as Superman and we put Colson in the same toddler clown outfit Matthew had worn in 2001. They were so cute!

First we went to Asbury Methodist to take pictures of the boys in the pumpkin patch. Matthew was disappointed we weren't going to spend money on a pumpkin, but he ended up receiving one later in the day when we went to the next activity...
King's Baptist Church was holding a fall festival and "Trunk or Treat", which were a load of fun. Colson loved watching all the goings-on, and Matthew reveled in all the fun activities and treats. They had free pumpkins for the kids to decorate and take home, face painting (see below), hayrides and inflatable jumpies, which even Colson got to enjoy (see bottom photo).

While we were there we visited with a number of people: ladies I'd met at the card-making party earlier, people from Community Bible Study, our friends the Schultz's, some folks from Flight Safety, and some of the church staff. Based on alot of factors, I think this is the church we'll be attending in the future. We may visit around a little more, but I think this is it. We'll be Baptists again!
