Plodding along

This will be a summary post-- it's now Wednesday the 28th. The days have been mostly the same-- trying to survive this existence of keeping the house immaculate and keeping the kids occupied and out of trouble. I'm exhausted, mostly emotionally.

The good news is, we had a couple of nice things happen yesterday. Jonathan started a temp job at B/E Aerospace, working 40 hours a week. He's doing inventory work and we don't know how long it will last, but at least we're getting a little revenue in here. He pursued temp work because we could be leaving town any month now, and he didn't want to look for anything permanent. We're super-thankful that the job is related to the airline industry, so it won't be a weird "blip" on his resume.

One other good thing happened yesterday-- we had a family look at our house for the 2nd time. They're in the market for a pool, and as they spoke to our next door neighbor, they said they really like the home. Hoping for a good offer from them in the near future.

I'll keep the latest details to just those things. No need to dredge up all the other frustrating silliness going on here. Just trying to hold on...
