After a late night and busy day yesterday, we were glad to see stormy weather in the morning. Surely no one would come to see the house today, right? WRONG. Got a call at 9am for an 11am showing. We had to get our rears in gear and get the house ship-shape. The guys even went out into the messy weather to work on the pool! I know it sounds like we clean the house every day (and we do), but with our lives, it's amazing how messy it can get in 24 hours!
Ultimately, the cleaning was for naught, as the potential buyers decided not to bid. They're looking for something more modern-- a frequently-heard reason we get from uninterested parties. How many more times...?
