'Tis the Season?

You know, we've got the advent candle set out(see photo to right), Christmas music is being played, and for Matthew's nightly devotional we read about Mary meeting the angel. But despite all that, it doesn't seem like Christmastime yet. It's in the 80s outside and there are palm trees everywhere. I guess it'll take some getting used to.
