After a weekend of almost 90 degree weather, it was nice to have a moderately-warm day. Took advantage of it and walked around campus for my exercise.
Did the usual house chores, and then I met with Eleanor Bell, whom we've chosen to be our Realtor. She's with Allen Tate Real Estate, which has an office 1/2 mile from our house. Eleanor also grew up nearby, so she's very familiar with the inherent value of our neighborhood. We took as many pictures of the property as we could-- the inside still isn't really ready, and it's stressing me out quite a bit. I feel like no matter how much we work at it, we're barely making a dent. Between childcare and usual house chores, I feel like I barely got any "Grand Scheme Items" done today. Ah well-- will try again tomorrow.
