Got a phone call from a man in Hickory who's moving to the area and is interested in the house. Sent him an informational flyer in email-- here's hoping he's still interested after looking at it!
Finally got the rest of the front yard mowed-- yea! Success! Still needs to be edged, but it looks so much better. The fertilizer and grass seed really have kicked in and it looks nice and green. Hopefully this will improve the curb appeal. Took a photo of the house to update my "For Sale" flyer. Here's the pic:
