The 9am showing went well-- the faculty member aparently really liked the home. Even asked about the route to walk to work. As much as I like Chris, our other potential buyer from yesterday, I'm kind of hoping a WFU staff/faculty person gets the place. But the important thing is that we sell the house, so we'll have to see.
Chris will be presenting her offer to us tomorrow. Here's hoping...
