After more challenging moments getting out to the car, we eventually went to Hanes park for an hour during the showing. Matthew enjoyed playing on the playground and helped Jonathan push Colson in the swing. When not swinging, Colson was content to play with and chew my sunglasses. Another challenging moment led us to leave the park, but it was about time to head home anyway. We had a light dinner and Jonathan let me get in a low-key workout while he was putting the kids to bed.
We have another showing on Thursday, this from a potential buyer who found us on the web. Since she's aware of what she's about to look at, I hope she'll be "the one". We've had alot of folks who are brought over here by their agents and then choose to not buy because it's out of their price range or they don't want a pool. Why do agents waste everyone's time like that? At least this person knows what she's getting into. Keeping our fingers crossed and saying our prayers...
